Dr. Aws Naeem has over 15 years’ experience in the dental field and has been working in Edmonton for the past 5 years of his career. Dr. Naeem has extensive experience in all aspects of general dentistry including root canal treatment, extraction, crown and bridge, and Invisalign.
Dr. Naeem also has a keen interest and experience with implants and uses CBCT technology (and 3D printer) to make this process simple and convenient to suit your needs.
Dr. Naeem is dedicated to the community living here himself, and alongside his beautiful family he is excited to meet you and your family. We are always accepting new patients and referrals.

Holli – Administrator / Treatment Coordinator
Born in Edmonton. I graduated from NAIT’s Dental Assisting Program in 1993. I have been an RDA/Manager/Treatment co-ordinator for 26 years.
My love for Dentistry and Dental technologies, keeps me always learning new things. I am extremely competent and familiar with all insurance companies, and administrative procedures.
I am happily married for 20 years with children and grandchildren. I am always giving back to my community in volunteering.
I have sat as President of the soccer association; President of the Playschool association, as well as managing my son’s hockey team, and helping at my daughter’s dance classes and school programs.
I am passionate about dentistry and quality patient care. I would love to help provide ideal optimum care for you and your family and friends!

Samantha (Sam) – Dental Assistant
Samantha’s career path in dentistry had begun 5 years ago as she has always had a strong desire to help those in need. Sam’s passion started in policing but she found herself seeking for change.
She thought that due to her affection towards all animals, veterinary would be her calling. After a few years of working side by side with wounded animals, she felt it became too emotional for her which lead her into dentistry as a dental assistant.
Learning and growing with dentistry has been something she was seeking. Samantha outside of work is a small town girl from Ontario. If you cannot find her training as a bodybuilder in the gym, she will be traveling on her motorcycle camping from one mountain to another.

Ziad – Hygienist
I have been in Canada now for 30 years-28 of those have been in the dental field. I have been a dental hygienist for 20 years and have worked in Quebec as well as Northwest Territory. I love providing quality care to my patients and educating them to be the healthiest they can be.
I enjoy working at Horizon Dental because it has the most sophisticated technology and current information to help provide that care. I also love spending time with my patients, many of whom I would also consider friends. Happy to offer dental hygiene services in both languages-English and French. In my spare time, I enjoy playing basketball, reading and travelling.
